Location: Citrus County Emergency Operations Center (E.O.C.) on Saunders Way (use to be called Soverign Path) in Lecanto. The E.O.C. is the first government building on the right....... has a big radio tower attached to the building). Saunders Way runs west off of route 491. It's 2 miles south of route 44........ and about 1/4 mile north of Educational Path on rt. 491(there is a traffic light at Educational path)
